Collection, 1900-1912, includes an employee trip pass No. I-16992 for R.N. Ryan traveling from Baldwin to Traverse City (Mich.) until March 31, 1912; International Trusts Company Check Stub Book, 1903-1905 (1 Oversized v.); Detail of Collections Account of Continental Assurance Company, 1900-1901 (1 Oversized v.); and Record of Remittances, 1900 (1 Oversized v.). The Check Stub Book is organized chronologically and by check number and includes for each entry: name of person paid, amount paid, check number, and date. The Collections Account book is alphabetical arranged by surname and includes for each entry: the date, name of person paid, and amount paid. The Record of Remittances book is organized chronologically and includes for each entry: the date; pro, audit, and check numbers; name and address of person paid; if the check or voucher was returned; name of bank money came from; and remarks. The Check Stubs are brittle, having sustained fire damage at the top of the book.
